- Tuesday: Dora and Nata – Saxophone Duo – set the tone for an elegant evening at Minotaure Fine Dining Restaurant, blending smooth jazz and pop sounds with live saxophone and a DJ set.
- Wednesday: Experience an authentic Greek Night at Kafenion Restaurant, featuring a traditional menu with a BBQ selection and a wide variety of Greek and Cretan specialties, accompanied by live lyra and bouzouki music, as well as vibrant folklore dance performances.
- Thursday: Enjoy a curated set menu paired with a selection of fine local wines in the refined ambiance of Minotaure Fine Dining Restaurant by the lagoon pool, complemented by the carefully curated sounds of DJ Nikos.
- Friday: A live Bouzouki Duo brings the spirit of Greece to life at Kafenion Restaurant, accompanied by an exquisite à la carte menu showcasing authentic Greek and Cretan specialties, for an immersive and vibrant dining experience.
- Saturday: Unforgettable evenings await at Bonatsa Jetty Bar with DJ Nikos, who sets the mood with a vibrant selection of hits from the 90s to today. Signature cocktails are crafted by our talented bartender Yiannis.
- Sunday: The Naturals Band — Kostas (bass), George (percussion), and Eleftheria (vocals) — invite you on a musical journey through timeless international classics at Minotaure Fine Dining Restaurant, creating the perfect atmosphere for an elegant dinner.

COOKING LESSONS
Sample the region’s famous fruits, vegetables, fresh fish and other delicacies when choosing your ingredients with our chef at the local morning market. On returning to the resort, pick fresh herbs from St.Nicolas Bay organic gardens, then prepare a Greek feast for lunch at our KafenionRestaurant, learning to cook famous local dishes of your choice from recipes passed down through generations. Your lunch can be paired with delicious local wines selected with our expert sommelier.

WINE TASTING
Discover the beauties of Cretan wineries with the guidance of our sommelier. Choose 2 white, one rose and 2 red wines and prepare yourself for a journey of history, culture and taste at the wine cellar of St. Nicolas Bay.
- Crete hosts Europe’s most historic vineyard – if not the world’s. Its presence and active contribution to the productive and social life of the island has been continuous and documented by the archaeological and historical research, from the early Minoan times to the present day.
- PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) Crete is, after PGI Peloponnese, the second most developed PGI wine region in Greece. Nearly all Cretan varieties are found in its wide range of PGI Crete wines, either on their own or in blends with foreign varieties. Wines of PGI Crete are produced by 41 wineries within the zone and, with the stipulated joint ventures, by four additional ones outside it.
